About Starbucks Roastery and Reserve Tasting Room
It is the fist international roastery which was operate in 2017.
Green Bean Station
The first stop for coffee beans at the Roastery . Here, burlaps of green coffee beans will be emptied then transferred into silos until roasting.
Roaster 烘豆機
Located in the first and second floor, two large Probat N500 roasters will release coffee beans’ potential flavor within after popping twice.
Copper Cask 大銅罐
The large copper cask is not only the visual center of the entire space, but also the place where the coffee beans will be set and stored to preserve their flavor.
