White Horse Lake is now rich in vegetation while at that time it was totally treeless. When the sun shone bright on a windless day, it would be nice and warm.
The whole family would then sit in the courtyard to bask in the sun, and even have lunch in the open air like we did in summer.
以下是逐句解析：
第一句：現(xiàn)在白馬湖到處都是樹木了，當(dāng)時尚一株樹木都未種钧栖。
譯文：White Horse Lake is now rich in vegetation while at that time it was totally treeless.
單詞使用
“到處都是樹”谋逻，參考譯文是“rich in vegetation”呆馁，vegetation，其真正含義是 plants in general 植物毁兆，草木〔總稱〕相比于plants浙滤，vegetation更為正式。例如：The mountain has an abundance of lush green vegetation.
可以用以下詞語和句式進行表達(dá)气堕。
例如：The White Horse Lake is now well grown with trees或者
Trees now grow everywhere in White Horse Lake再或者
The White Horse Lake is now covered with trees.
“一株樹木都未種”纺腊，參考譯文使用形容詞treeless，于句式非常簡潔茎芭，不必翻譯 “種”這個動詞揖膜。
第二句：太陽好的時候，只要不刮風(fēng)梅桩，那真和暖得不像冬天壹粟。
譯文：When the sun shone bright on a windless day, it would be nice and warm.
用了意譯法，讓句子更加靈動與簡潔宿百。
shine的過去式是shone趁仙。
我們看到“只要”，也許會用as long as, 看到“不像”也許會用 not like
于是這句翻譯成垦页，When it was sunny, as long as there was no wind the weather would be warm which was not like the cold winter. ?這樣雖然也可以表意雀费，但非常瑣碎痊焊。
“不像冬天”盏袄，因為無論中文還是英文讀者都可以理解“不像冬天”就是指風(fēng)和日麗，暖冬日和薄啥。所以處理成“it would be nice and warm. ”
第三句：一家人都坐在庭間曝日辕羽，甚至于吃午飯也在屋外，像夏天的晚飯一樣垄惧。
譯文：The whole family would then sit in the courtyard to bask in the sun, and even have lunch in the open air like we did in summer.
“一家人”刁愿，the whole family。
“坐在庭間”赘艳，用courtyard或者yard都可以。
“曝日”克握，白話就是曬太陽蕾管，用bask in，其含義就是“to enjoy sitting or lying in the heat of the sun or a fire 〔舒適地〕曬太陽菩暗，取暖”
還可以表達(dá)“〔某地〕沐浴在陽光中”掰曾，例如，The station was basking in afternoon sunshine as they arrived.
bask in還可以表達(dá)停团，to enjoy the approval or attention that you are getting from other people 沉浸在〔別人的贊許或關(guān)注中〕例如：She basked in the admiration of the classmates.
用soak up the sunshine旷坦，也是正確的掏熬，意思是曬太陽浴。
sunbath也是太陽浴的意思秒梅，但它是名詞旗芬，如果表示“曬太陽浴”，要加do
“屋外”這個詞捆蜀，譯文中的in the open air是一個固定詞組疮丛，就是表達(dá)在戶外，在露天辆它。
用outside the house誊薄，也是正確的。
