US to Leave UNESCO over Anti-Israel Bias
The United States is pulling out of UNESCO,the United Nations organization that encourages worldwide cooperation in eduction,sscience,science,and culture.
美國(guó)宣布將退出聯(lián)合國(guó)教科文組織（UNESCO）,組織鼓勵(lì)各國(guó)在教育萎胰、科學(xué)和文化領(lǐng)域開(kāi)展合作奔脐。
In a statement on Thursday,the U.S. State Department says a "need four fundamental reform" and "anti-Israel bias" are reasons for the withedrawal.
周四，美國(guó)國(guó)務(wù)院在一份申明中表示作彤，因該組織“組織需要進(jìn)行根本性改革”以及對(duì)“以色列存在偏見(jiàn)”而決定退出。
The decision woll take effect Dec.31,2018.The U.S. will seek s "permanent observer" status instead.
該決定將于2018年12月31日生效。美國(guó)將繼續(xù)保留“永久觀察國(guó)”的地位。
The United States stopped funding UNESCO after it voted to include Palestins as a memrber in 2011.
2011年毛仪，聯(lián)合國(guó)教科文組織經(jīng)投票接納巴勒斯坦為成員國(guó)后，美國(guó)不在為其提供經(jīng)費(fèi)芯勘。
But it has kept an office at UNESCO and owns about $550 million in back payments.

U.S. offcials said Seretary of State Rex Tillerson made the decison.
