ATAC-seq
Assay for Transposase Accessible Chromatin using sequencing，簡稱ATAC-seq，即是運用測序手段研究轉座酶接近的染色體片段凰慈。核小體包裹的染色體區(qū)域轉座酶是無法接近的，能接近的是開放區(qū)域，用轉座酶講全基因水平的染色體開放區(qū)域切下來測序趣斤。
