一件很有趣的事:今天老弟突然來找我借膠帶孝凌,說要跟我一樣获雕,把想做的事情寫下來漠魏,用膠帶粘在墻上抛杨,一抬眼就能看到首启,也許某天真的就去做了饱岸。(準備偷偷觀察看這件事的后續(xù)發(fā)展)

在使用imemediate reward 的方法培養(yǎng)自己習慣養(yǎng)成的過程中还棱,走了一點小錯路载慈。
原本在每次完成必須做的工作之后,獎勵自己一點零食珍手,或者做點好吃的办铡,但最近一周發(fā)現(xiàn)自己胖了,想想明明保持一個好的shape也是我目標之一啊??
恰好最近讀到書里說到琳要,imemediate reward 不應該與自己想要建立的identity矛盾寡具。(即使是獨立的兩個層面的習慣培養(yǎng),大概也不應該矛盾)
所以決定改變一下獎勵方式為:list the "most want to do" tiny things稚补,and reward myself with once completing one tiny thing童叠。
