下面這段話值得注意:一個(gè)公司跨了扫夜,也許就是因?yàn)闆]有說真話。

說實(shí)話驰徊,由于東西方文化的差異历谍,這種公開,誠實(shí)的溝通不知道在國內(nèi)是否可行辣垒。
感悟:
讀這一章還是挺有感觸的,我們大多數(shù)人可能僅僅停留在認(rèn)識(shí)到自己的失敗印蔬,錯(cuò)誤這個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)勋桶,真正從失敗中學(xué)習(xí)的不多。
文中最讓我深刻的是作者提到的那個(gè)黑板報(bào):Write Your Biggest Regret

不是做某些事情失敗例驹,而是壓根沒行動(dòng)過。
