1 - 閱讀感悟伯铣。
（1）干了這碗雞湯。
其實(shí)開始讀書之前轮纫，對這本書并沒有什么期待腔寡，純粹想學(xué)點(diǎn)英文。但是讀完第一章掌唾，感覺感慨頗多放前，收獲不少。自從大學(xué)畢業(yè)參加工作后郑兴，我就發(fā)現(xiàn)無憂無慮的日子已經(jīng)遠(yuǎn)去了犀斋。家庭和工作就像兩臺馬力十足的麻煩制造機(jī)，不是這里出了事就是那兒又有什么麻煩情连。一開始真的很想逃避叽粹，很懷念以前無憂無慮的日子。但后來發(fā)現(xiàn)沒法逃避却舀，只能嘗試一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)的接受和處理問題〕婕福現(xiàn)在讀到這本書，忽然恍然大悟挽拔，生活里問題重重辆脸，一團(tuán)糟是正常的。隨它怎么亂螃诅，理清自己該做的事情啡氢，不害怕問題状囱，接受問題，處理問題倘是，把精力集中在重要的事情上亭枷，這才是成熟的人處事的態(tài)度。這讓我想起分清事情輕重緩急的四象限原則搀崭，分清重要且僅僅叨粘，重要不緊急，不重要但緊急和不重要也不緊急的事情瘤睹，區(qū)別對待升敲，合理安排。
（2）小心正能量轰传。
近年來驴党，正能量這個(gè)詞上至中央官方媒體，下至民間段子都很喜歡用绸吸。整個(gè)社會(huì)似乎已經(jīng)到了不正能量就不對的地步的鼻弧。擁有喜怒哀樂设江，人之常情锦茁，我們沒必要強(qiáng)加給自己莫須有的壓力。Be honest to yourself, embrace it and save your energy to the things that really mean something to you.
2 - Sentences
(1) Essentially, we become more selective about the fucks we’re willing to give. This is something called maturity. It’s nice; you should try it sometime. Maturity is what happens when one learns to only give a fuck about what’s truly fuckworthy.
Remarks: Maturity is amazing thing in the ground that we know ourselves better. We can tell the important form the others and hold our life in hand.
(2)Ironically, this fixation on the positive—on what’s better, what’s?superior—only serves to remind us over and over again of what we are not, of what we lack, of what we should have been but failed to be. After all, no truly happy person feels the need to stand in front of a mirror and recite that she’s happy. She just is.
Remarks:正是因?yàn)槿鄙倌硺訓(xùn)|西叉存，才會(huì)要去追求某樣?xùn)|西码俩。這么簡單的道理，作者點(diǎn)了才明白歼捏。正所謂“腹有詩書氣自華”稿存，真正有氣質(zhì)、知書明理的人是不會(huì)天天嚷嚷著“我要變得有文化有氣質(zhì)的”瞳秽，“She just is”瓣履。
