我們公司成立于2010年7月嗦锐，注冊資金400萬人民幣，2017年銷售額約9千萬人民幣沪曙。目前共有兩個廠區(qū)奕污，總廠位置都在劉安莊工業(yè)園區(qū)王朝南道，占地面積10000平米珊蟀，共有員工102人菊值，主要的業(yè)務是家電產(chǎn)品的沖壓外驱、焊接、噴涂腻窒，以及組裝昵宇。我們的分廠位于北辰科技園高新大道景遠路，共有員工55人儿子，主要的家電瓦哎、汽車的沖壓模具設計和制造，以及微波爐和空調(diào)產(chǎn)品的沖壓加工柔逼。
Our company was established in July 2010 with a registered capital of 4 million yuan and 2017 sales of about 90 million yuan. There are currently two factories. The plant in Liu Anzhuang Industrial Park, dynasty South Road, covers an area of ??10,000 square meters, and has a total of 102 employees. The main business there is stamping, welding, painting and assembly of household electric appliances.Our branch in North Star Science and Technology, Park Avenue Jingyuan Road, has a total of 55 employees handling appliances, automotive stamping die design and manufacturing, and microwave oven and air-conditioning products stamping process.我們具有較強的模具設計和開發(fā)能力蒋譬。我們模具車間具備大量先進的加工設備，包括：高精度慢走絲愉适、快走絲犯助、加工中心、搖臂鉆床维咸、車床剂买、銑床、平面磨床癌蓖、手搖磨床瞬哼、電火花機、電火花穿孔機等模具加工設備27臺租副。模具部具備專業(yè)的技術開發(fā)團隊坐慰，現(xiàn)有設計和加工制造人員15人，大部分技術工人都有8年以上的技術經(jīng)驗用僧，能夠按照客戶交期高質(zhì)量完成模具設計和制造工作结胀。
Dongbao has a high quality mold designs and manufacturing capabilities. Our die shop uses advanced computer-aided machines including: WEDM-LS, fast wire, machining centers, radial drilling machine, lathe, milling machine, surface grinder, hand grinder, EDM, EDM machines and so on. The Mold Department has 15 highly qualified staff for technological development, design and manufacturing. Most of them have more than 8 years of technical experience, trained for die designing and creating in accordance with the high-standard requirements of customers.
我們具備強大的沖壓加工能力和焊接組裝能力。我們保有100噸-400噸的沖壓設備51臺责循，各種焊接機8臺把跨，TPL自動化沖壓線兩條。鈑金件加工能力2000萬件.
We are competent in pressing, welding, soldering and assembling metal parts. Our company has 100-400tons of stamping equipment 51 Taiwan, all kinds of welding machine 8, and two TPL automated stamping lines. We are also capable of producing of 20 million sheet metals annually.
我們公司具備先進的噴涂自動生產(chǎn)線沼死，前處理工藝引進國際先進的環(huán)保陶化技術，保證產(chǎn)品性能的前提下崔赌，降低了對環(huán)境的污染意蛀。噴涂線總長410米，粉末固化爐長度110米健芭，加工產(chǎn)品大小140*800*300县钥，噴涂車間有3個粉室，2017年8月我們引進一個中國國內(nèi)先進的粉室慈迈，大大提高了粉末回收效率若贮，改善了員工的工作環(huán)境省有。目前，我公司噴涂能力可以達到每年500萬平米谴麦。噴涂產(chǎn)品主要包括空調(diào)室外機外殼和德國室內(nèi)電暖氣外殼蠢沿。
We use state-of-the-art spraying automatic production line as well as an excellent pre-treatment process to introduce international advanced green ceramic technology to ensure product performance while reducing environmental pollution. The spraying line reaches up to 410 meters, while the powder curing furnace is 110 meters in length and can process products that are 1400mm high by 800mm wide by 300mm long.
In 2017, an unconventional powder chamber in China was introduced, greatly improving the powder recovery efficiency and improving the staff working environment. Spraying capacity can reach 5 million square meters per year. We currently have 3 powder rooms in the facility.

We have an integral part in LG's industry relating to air conditioners, compressors and microwave ovens. We have become part of other business divisions of LG and we are an essential affiliate of LG strategy Cooperative Association. Since 2017, we have become China’s largest supplier for STIEBEL ELTROND in Germany.
