1.Linux下運(yùn)行structure
1.1軟件下載與安裝
tar -zxvf structure_kernel_source.tar.gz
cd structure_kernel_src/
make
./structure
運(yùn)行成功會(huì)顯示如下圖：
若服務(wù)器無(wú)法聯(lián)網(wǎng)，可下載安裝包后上傳解壓
1.2運(yùn)行
1.2.1plink得到structure格式文件
plink --bfile file --recode structure --out test-structure
1.2.2運(yùn)行structure
根據(jù)自己的樣本隘冲、位點(diǎn)信息及文件內(nèi)容設(shè)置兩個(gè)參數(shù)文件：extraparams楷扬，mainparams恭垦，以下為幾個(gè)較為重要的參數(shù)啦膜，具體可上官網(wǎng)查看
MAXPOPS ：Number of populations assumed for a particular run of the program.
BURNIN ：Length of burnin period before the start of data collection.
NUMREPS ： Number of MCMC reps after burnin.
Input/Output files.
NUMINDS ：Number of individuals in data file.
NUMLOCI ：Number of loci in data file.
PLOIDY ：Ploidy of the organism. Default is 2 (diploid).
MISSING ： Value given to missing genotype data. Must be an integer, and must not appear elsewhere in the data set. Default is -9
運(yùn)行（命令行根據(jù)群體數(shù)及重復(fù)數(shù)自行設(shè)置）：
structure -k 1 -o k1run.txt; structure -k 1 -o k1run2.txt; ……
2.隱藏任務(wù)
structure有時(shí)運(yùn)行時(shí)間過(guò)長(zhǎng)义锥，可先隱藏任務(wù),退出終端后保持進(jìn)程后臺(tái)運(yùn)行
新建任務(wù)
tmux new -s structure
運(yùn)行命令
structure -k 1 -o k1run.txt; structure -k 1 -o k1run2.txt; ……
退出：ctrl+b探遵，d
重新進(jìn)入任務(wù)
tmux a -t structure
查看時(shí)會(huì)顯示任務(wù)（tmux ls命令）
