整個周末都在看簡書的文章鹰服。有幾點(diǎn)感悟。
1揽咕、盲目追求熱點(diǎn):很多人都在關(guān)注一些所謂的熱點(diǎn)事件缘回,即便自己說得有那么幾分道理又如何懂扼?況且大部分說的都是廢話。
2、沒人肯下苦功夫:隨著寫字的門檻降低技扼,很多人都覺得自己有了話語權(quán),有觀點(diǎn)就可以發(fā)表专甩。漸漸的遮晚,大量文字味同嚼蠟,而且明明同一個話題反復(fù)寫渣蜗。
3屠尊、但凡有一點(diǎn)障礙,關(guān)注的人就很少:比如與英語相關(guān)的主題關(guān)注的人決然比關(guān)注其他話題的人要少耕拷,比如詩歌讼昆、隨便、故事等等骚烧。
4浸赫、與其更好,不如不同:基于以上三點(diǎn)赃绊,我決定向自己最弱的英語開刀既峡。讓自己進(jìn)入學(xué)習(xí)區(qū),而不是在舒適區(qū)待著凭戴,那樣沒有一點(diǎn)意思涧狮。做就做刻意練習(xí),盡管這個過程很苦么夫。
于是者冤,我奓著膽子準(zhǔn)備翻譯英文博客文章。很不幸第一篇選得比較復(fù)雜档痪,看了一個上午涉枫,翻譯得不通順。于是我決定先翻譯個相對容易點(diǎn)的腐螟,日后再議愿汰。
今日事困后,今日畢。這是開始翻譯的第1篇文章衬廷。

1. Let go

In order to?be ready for the next day with all its opportunities, challenges and surprises, you’ll need to let go of what was today.

Let go of all the things you did, didn’t do, forgot to do, and failed to do. Breathe deeply and let things be as they are now.

Let go of all your disappointments, little arguments, people that annoyed?you, doubts, negative thoughts,?judging?and comparing.

Also, forgive. Forgive all those who insulted?you, made you feel bad or didn’t behave?the way you expected.?Forgive yourself for making mistakes, not being brave enough, missing a chance or not being honest with yourself.
對了樊拓,還有原諒。原諒那些冒犯了你的人塘慕,還有那些讓你感覺很糟筋夏,行為舉止沒有達(dá)到你預(yù)期的那些人。原諒自己的過失图呢,自己的不勇敢叁丧,錯過的機(jī)會和有悖于自己意愿的做法。
Feel how everything bad and negative is leaving your body, you don’t feelexhaustedany more and let in freedom, peace and joy.
感覺所有糟糕的事和消極的事都從逃出了自己的身體岳瞭,不會再有精疲力盡的感覺拥娄,還會沉浸在自由、祥和愉悅的氛圍中瞳筏。
2.Accept
2稚瘾、接受
Accept yourself for who you are, and things the way they turned?out?to be. Understand that everything is perfect just the way it is and things are just fine.
接受你自己做過的還有那些沒做成的事。讓自己明白姚炕,所有的事都做得剛剛好摊欠,不多不少。
You don’t need to worry, plan, take control?or fear.
Realize?that you did your best.
你也不必杞人憂天的柱宦,確信你已經(jīng)做得足夠好了些椒。
3. Be optimistic
3、保持樂觀
Look forward?to tomorrow. But don’t plan it in details so that you don’t fall into the trap of trying to control events too much.
Just be sure that the next day is going to be amazing and new and exciting?things are waiting for you.
展望一下明天掸刊。但是不要做詳細(xì)的規(guī)劃免糕,這樣你就不會落入對每件事都想控制的陷阱當(dāng)中。只是確信接下來將要度過的一天忧侧,充滿了驚喜石窑、新鮮和令人興奮的事。
4. Be grateful

Thank for this day. It’s a gift.
感謝這一天松逊,這是我們生命中的一個小禮物。
Appreciate?all the chances you had, the nice meals, the opportunity?to be with your loved ones, to be in your comfortable?place and do things you love. Not everyone has all this. Notice?it and be grateful.
感激你獲得的所有機(jī)會肯夏,美餐经宏,還有能夠和愛的人在一起的時光,在你最舒服的地方做得心用手的事驯击。不是每個人都能夠擁有這些烁兰,所以不要覺得這些是理所應(yīng)當(dāng)?shù)摹W⒁馑鼈儾⑿膽迅屑ぁ?/p>
5. Go to sleep in peace

Look around in the darkness. Breathe deeply?a couple?of times. Hear the silence, empty your mind andconcentrate?onyour breathing.

It’s a kind of a meditative?state. Your body is at ease, you have no thoughts, needs and desires?to distract?you. You feel great right now. And nothing needs to change.
這僅僅是一種冥想方式,你并不用改變很多杀餐。你的身體處于放松狀態(tài)干发,全無思考、需求和渴望的意念分散你的注意力史翘。你現(xiàn)在感覺好極了枉长。
This is the best way to end your days – no matter how bad or good they were.
If you practice?that, it will soon become a habit. And your life will become simpler, easier, more pleasant?and joyful.
