小作文里非信類主要有邀請(qǐng)/通知/備忘錄兜材。其中理澎，邀請(qǐng)/通知寫作思路基本一樣，備忘錄是在通知基礎(chǔ)上加上自己特有的格式曙寡。下面直接上干貨：

上來是通知的話直接寫Notice，單獨(dú)占一行举庶，居中执隧。邀請(qǐng)的話不用寫。
A.第一段
In order to 活動(dòng)目的, we are going to organize a 活動(dòng)名稱, which is to be held on 日期 at/in 地點(diǎn) .被邀請(qǐng)的人 will be invited to be the guests of honor.
被邀請(qǐng)的人根據(jù)題目要求具體指定户侥；如果題目沒有提及镀琉，那么自己就可以發(fā)揮，比如可以寫A couple of overseas teachers或The dean of our department或The president of our university或A number of foreign experts或Several masters and doctors.
B.第二段
We are now recruiting volunteers for the activity. He or she should currently be studying at the university, and should have at least two year's experience. The successful applicants will have to work every weekend.
標(biāo)黑傾斜部分為招募志愿者對(duì)志愿者的要求蕊唐，一般題目沒有具體要求屋摔，所以這部分內(nèi)容屬于自由發(fā)揮，所以第二段需要記滋胬妗钓试！
C.第三段
Those who are interested in taking part in the coming event are supposed to sign up with the dean of their departments before the New Year's Day. Everybody is welcome to be present on the occasion. For detailed information, please pay a visit to our official Wechat or website.

D.結(jié)尾
最后是落款挽鞠，落款另起一行居右書寫疚颊，一般都是以學(xué)生會(huì)的名義，所以可以寫The Students' Union信认。注意材义，后邊不要加點(diǎn)！
