不定詞概述

• 所謂“不定詞短語(yǔ)”详拙，就是to 加上原形動(dòng)詞所形成的短語(yǔ)奸腺。
• 最合理的解釋就是把它視為助動(dòng)詞的變化师妙。

不定詞和助動(dòng)詞的共同點(diǎn)诲侮。

• I am glad to know you.
• I am glad because I can know you.
• to know 就是 able to know 也就是can know 的變化

后面都加原形動(dòng)詞

• I will go.
• I want to go.

都有“不確定”的語(yǔ)氣

• He is right.
• He may be right.
• He seems to be right.

都要用完成式來(lái)表達(dá)相對(duì)的過去時(shí)間

• 助動(dòng)詞和不定詞本身都無(wú)法完整表達(dá)過去時(shí)間镀虐。只好用完成式表示過去
• It must have rained last night
• It seems to have rained last night.

所有重要的語(yǔ)氣助動(dòng)詞都可以改寫為不定詞

• must -> have to
• should -> ought to
• will/would -> be going to
• can/could -> be able to
• may/might -> be likely to

其實(shí)不定詞與助動(dòng)詞是同一種東西的相互轉(zhuǎn)換。

傳統(tǒng)語(yǔ)法所稱的動(dòng)狀詞

1. 現(xiàn)在分詞：adj類
2. 過去分詞：adj類
3. 動(dòng)名詞：n類
4. 不定詞：不確定什么詞類沟绪，可以是n粉私，adj，adv

E.g. avoid.

• I avoid makeing the same mistake twice.
• to make 是will make 的省略,既然是避免近零，后面又will make诺核、意思就變得不清楚了。
• I avoid something. ->
• I will make the same mistake twice.

E.g. plan

• They plan to marry next month.
• to marry -> they will marry.

E.g. hate

• I hate to say this, but I think you're mistaken.
• to say -> I have to say -> must say.

E.g. try

• I always try to be on time.
• to be on time -> I can be on time.

E.g. remember

• Please remember to give me a wake-up call at 6:00 tomorrow.

• -> Please remember you must give me a cll(will give)

• I remember calling her at 6:00 last night.

• -> I remember that I called her last night.

• 這時(shí)是確定的事實(shí)語(yǔ)氣久信，沒有助動(dòng)詞存在窖杀，既然不能用不定詞那么只好用動(dòng)名詞。

E.g. stop

• The speaker stopped talking at the second bell.

• talking -> he was talking.

• 用talking 來(lái)表示動(dòng)作的持續(xù)性

• The speaker stopped a second to drink some water.

• to drink -> he could drink 的變化

• The speaker stopped a second so that he could drink some water.

使役動(dòng)詞與原形動(dòng)詞

• 了解不定詞是什么裙士，就能了解使役動(dòng)詞后面為什么會(huì)加動(dòng)詞原形入客。
• The little girl asked her monther to come to the PTA meeting.
• -> The little girl asked if her monther would come to PTA meeting.
• ask 普通動(dòng)詞
• The teacher made the little girl stay behind.
• made 使役動(dòng)詞
• 后者由強(qiáng)制性，別無(wú)選擇腿椎。
• The teacher asked the little girl to stay behind.
