1.今天的內(nèi)容談到了Musk的第二次創(chuàng)業(yè)歷程衡楞，讓我很是佩服的是他的這種精神修然，真的是Do or die but don't give up.他經(jīng)受了兩次coups,卻還可以堅(jiān)持自己想要的繼續(xù)前行，真實(shí)內(nèi)心強(qiáng)大萍桌。而且他在知道結(jié)果后柠掂，還可以保持relent熊杨，是一般人難以做到的沐兵。
2. 雖然比筆記寫的不是很好别垮，但書一直在堅(jiān)持讀。這是我參加讀書會(huì)以來讀的第三本原版書痒筒，我不得不說宰闰，作者的功底實(shí)在太強(qiáng)茬贵，用的全是高級(jí)詞匯簿透，很多GRE的感覺，他竟然可以用的這么得心應(yīng)手還接地氣解藻；書中的精彩表達(dá)特別多老充，小詞，一詞多義螟左，以及高級(jí)詞匯融合在一起啡浊，這本書真的在詞匯量和閱讀理解方面有很大的幫助。
3. 因?yàn)槭堑谝淮巫x傳記加之最近身體一直不適胶背，所以巷嚣，感悟不像書友們那樣深刻，這是我從前沒有關(guān)注過的領(lǐng)域钳吟，很難產(chǎn)生mental representation的感覺廷粒，無論如何，堅(jiān)持下去總是好的，慢慢來吧坝茎！

本章都下來有下面的一些感觸：
1. 以前提到馬克斯涤姊，就一直誤以為是他創(chuàng)立了paypal，然后迅速積累了資產(chǎn)向太空和環(huán)保領(lǐng)域投資嗤放。都下來才知道思喊，他創(chuàng)立的是X.com，paypal是另一個(gè)人創(chuàng)立的次酌，他們是競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的關(guān)系恨课。
2.這也讓我想到之前讀 The 7 habit of efficiency people中說到的 win-win關(guān)系，有時(shí)候競(jìng)爭(zhēng)并不是你死我活岳服，當(dāng)時(shí)paypal沒有足夠的現(xiàn)金庄呈，也許合并可能是最合適的一條路。聯(lián)系到個(gè)人派阱，你個(gè)人再?gòu)?qiáng)诬留，也強(qiáng)不過一個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)。俗話說：“三個(gè)臭皮匠贫母，頂個(gè)諸葛亮”文兑。
應(yīng)用到現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中，我能想到的是讓專業(yè)的人做專業(yè)的事腺劣。有個(gè)自己的例子：我之前很喜歡拆拆弄弄手機(jī)绿贞，最早買iphone4的時(shí)候，電池不耐用了橘原，后來自己買了個(gè)電池?fù)Q上籍铁，后來喇叭和聽筒又不行了，自己拆的裝不回去了趾断。只好換個(gè)新的了拒名。如果當(dāng)時(shí)我老老實(shí)實(shí)的拿去給專門修手機(jī)的地方修，也不會(huì)浪費(fèi)這筆錢∮笞茫現(xiàn)在我也依然是這個(gè)理念增显，在經(jīng)濟(jì)承受范圍之內(nèi)，我自己解決不了脐帝，或者要花非常時(shí)間來專研的事情同云，我就會(huì)找專業(yè)的人來做這個(gè)事，省下來更多的時(shí)間和精力放在已有的事情上堵腹。

1. Elon竟然曾經(jīng)是Paypal的最大股東炸站，X.com竟然是Paypal的曾用名，這章講的內(nèi)容真是大開眼界了疚顷。沒想鋼鐵俠曾經(jīng)也玩過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)旱易，看來偉人之所以為偉人必有其道理，他的敏銳嗅覺望塵莫及。
2.這章提到了Elon簽婚前財(cái)產(chǎn)證明的事咒唆，讓我想起來之前看的一篇文文章届垫，講Elon在婚姻中的極客精神，婚前財(cái)產(chǎn)證明使Elon離婚后從容的分配財(cái)產(chǎn)全释，沒有撕逼装处，而Elon為了提高生育效率，還用試管嬰兒技術(shù)生了三胞胎和雙胞胎浸船。汗~

創(chuàng)造力 & 前瞻性

大局為重阔籽，獨(dú)到的投資眼光
與 Confinity 公司合并后流妻，因內(nèi)部矛盾而再次被拉下 CEO 位置的 Elon，并未因此而攜恨笆制，反而繼續(xù)以顧問的身份绅这，并持續(xù)注資保持最大股東的身份；在后續(xù) eBay 第一次欲收購(gòu) PayPal 時(shí)在辆，理智的建議持觀望態(tài)度证薇，這才有了最終高達(dá) $15億的收購(gòu)額。
不是一個(gè)好 CEO４衣ā浑度？
Elon 在為人處世方面，過于霸道強(qiáng)硬且激進(jìn)奕删，這種性格不適合管理合并后的公司俺泣。合并本身帶來的兩種公司文化的沖擊與磨合，需要的是能有耐心聽取核心成員的意見完残，能安撫員工的不安情緒，能適時(shí)對(duì)公司戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行解釋傳達(dá)横漏，而這些 Elon 都無法做到谨设。
這兩次創(chuàng)業(yè)給董事會(huì)留下一個(gè)印象：Elon 并不是 CEO 的料。

很好奇并期待 Elon 接下來的創(chuàng)業(yè)之路......
