今天開始讀稻盛和夫的《干法》這本書，這又是一本刷新概念的書乞旦。作者提出，人工作的目的是為了提升自己的心智腔召。工作可以提升自己的能力杆查，這是大家都知道的，但是作者卻提出臀蛛，工作可以修煉我們的心智亲桦，是磨煉人格的修行崖蜜。工作是人生最尊貴最重要最有價(jià)值的行為，并且極度認(rèn)真的工作能夠扭轉(zhuǎn)人生客峭。作者用了他自己剛畢業(yè)進(jìn)入一家瀕臨破產(chǎn)企業(yè)的一個(gè)例子豫领，說(shuō)明了即使是在一個(gè)瀕臨破產(chǎn)的企業(yè)，只要你極度認(rèn)真的工作舔琅，你就有可能扭轉(zhuǎn)企業(yè)的命運(yùn)等恐。
如果不能選擇自己喜愛(ài)的工作，那么就愛(ài)上自己的工作备蚓。只要一心一意埋頭工作课蔬，自然而然就能獲得力量，有了力量就一定能做出成果郊尝。熱愛(ài)工作將給你帶來(lái)成果二跋，帶來(lái)感動(dòng)和靈感。要讓自己成為自燃型的人流昏，在熱愛(ài)工作的同時(shí)還要想方設(shè)法讓自己處在漩渦中心扎即。主動(dòng)帶領(lǐng)他人一起工作。這樣你在工作上才能有更大的成就况凉，才能修煉出更加完美的人格谚鄙。
我的感悟是愛(ài)自己的工作，把它做到極致刁绒，當(dāng)你把一件事情做到極致了闷营，做到別人的目光無(wú)法移開，這樣你就成功了膛锭。另外粮坞，作者的這句話我也很認(rèn)同，為社會(huì)做好事初狰，為他人著想并落實(shí)在行動(dòng)中，你的命運(yùn)一定會(huì)向好的方向轉(zhuǎn)變互例。是的奢入，永遠(yuǎn)懷著利他之心，一切困境都會(huì)被扭轉(zhuǎn)媳叨。
Today I read the book WORK METHOD by a well-known Japanese entrepreneur KAZUO INAMORI, which is another book that has refreshed my perspectives. It is said in this book that work is not for money, but for personality cultivation. This is quite different from what we think that the purpose of work is money or improving our abilities. It's proposed by the author that working is the most significant and valuable action in our lives, and our lives can be turned over if we dedicate ourselves to work. An exmple of himself was given in the book that he joined a winding down company after graduation from college, but he stayed there and saved the dying company from liquidation through hardwork.
If you can't choose the job you love, then love your job. Dedication will bring the power you need to succeed. Your passion for work will lead you to accomplishments, move and creativity. Ignite yourself in work and be the person in the center of the vortex? , which means be proactive to lead a group of people to work hard together, then there's possibility that you will make more achievements and your personality will be cultivated better.
I totally agree with the author on his point of view on work, we need to love what we do, and strive for excellence and perfection in the job, when you are able to do that, many people will be attracted to you, then you will become a brand. At last, I would like to end this article with one sentence in the book, do the right things and do good to everyone, you life will definitely be better off, more meaningful and fulfulling. Always try to help the others, all the bad things you encountered will leave you soon.
