3袱院、組隊練習(xí)——情侶約會（Double dates）、親子活動（Play dates）
一定瞭稼、一定忽洛、一定和自己身邊的小伙伴一起練習(xí)。好像一起鍛煉身體一樣环肘。如果3～4個人一起用大家都感興趣的內(nèi)容訓(xùn)練（比如：用“English in a minute”欲虚、“瘋狂動物城”完成練習(xí)）。比起自己獨自練習(xí)廷臼，那將會非常容易堅持苍在，也非常容易一起進步。
