最佳的錄音具備如下一些特點:
A.完整——指的是錄音并非人為的停止去滿足時間的要求放案,而是能自然的結(jié)束秽澳。
B.不超過40分鐘碘勉,但是ICF也不會拒絕接收時間稍長的錄音垄潮。
C.能夠巧妙的建立教練合約,而不是采用“滿足清單”的形式(意思是如果按照目前的PCC標(biāo)識來看的話章咧,不能機械的為了達(dá)到“建立教練合約”里的標(biāo)識而去做)
D.教練大多數(shù)關(guān)注客戶是“誰”倦西,多于關(guān)注客戶的“什么”事情。
E.教練環(huán)節(jié)中有空間感——留出安靜和沉默的空間來赁严,允許客戶更加深入的思考扰柠,而不是在客戶說完話后立即切入,只因為教練現(xiàn)在有機會回應(yīng)了.
F.建立很高程度的伙伴關(guān)系——指的是教練讓客戶盡可能在很多方面駕馭教練環(huán)節(jié)疼约。
G.有極少或者沒有堆疊的問題——指的是問出兩個或者三個堆在一起的問題卤档,沒有留出空間讓客戶回答。
H.注意和留心客戶的能量程剥,包括他們的情緒劝枣;如果客戶表現(xiàn)出情緒的話,不要棄之不顧或者故意避開倡缠。
I.不把教練的信念強加在客戶身上。

A. complete - meaning it doesn't artificially stop to meet a time but reaches anatural conclusion
B. is no more that about 40 minutes but they won't reject one slightly longer
C. has the coaching agreement artfully done, not just a 'check the box"approach
D. has a high amount of coaching the 'who' more than the 'what'
E. has spaciousness - silence for the client to allow them to think deeper vs.jumping in right after the client says something because the coach now hassomething to respond to
F. has a high degree of partnership - meaning the coach hasthe client lead the session in as many ways as possible
G. has few or no 'stacked' questions - meaning asks two or three on top of eachother with no space for the client to speak
H. notices and pays attention to clients energy, and includes their emotions ifthey are expressed, doesn't dismiss or avoid them
I. is absent from imposing the coach's belief system on the client
J. refrains from 'forcing' a model, tool or technique into the situation.
