Don't be a master of disguise
When we were young, we always took the careless and careless attitude as the clay shell to protect ourselves.
The clay shell in your heart is the mask you use to show others. Those qualities hidden under the mask are the shadow of your heart. The content of the shadow is often diametrically opposed to the mask we show. Many times, our masks are too perfect, not only to deceive others, but also to deceive ourselves. If we want to examine our inner world through the mask, we must first realize this. When we feel dissatisfied, unhappy and unhappy, it is our mask and inner shadow that conflict with each other.
If you want to change your life, you must first change your ideas. You must recognize the positive meaning of the mask itself - to protect your heart from harm. The mask is also an aspect of you and a part of your inner world.
When you find your true and complete self, you will no longer need the protection of mask. You don't have to pretend to be another person or hide anything. The reason why most people find it difficult to do this is because they don't want to admit the objectivity of 'self' and give up control over their own life and emotions. Sukar Rinpoche once said in the "Book of Life and Death in Tibet":
"We can't remember our true identity - our nature. Because of frenzy and fear, we look everywhere, grab an identity, but catch a person who is falling into the abyss. This false and ignorant identity is what we usually call 'self'."
The "nature" we say here is the true self. When you begin to find the shadow of your heart, there may be a voice in your heart that will yell at you to stop. Don't pay attention to that voice. It's just your false self. Only by overturning your false understanding of yourself can you restore your nature and find your true and complete self.
