不得不說找個(gè)好老師還是非常重要啊动壤。有個(gè)學(xué)姐曾這樣跟我說:都說師傅領(lǐng)進(jìn)門修行在個(gè)人锅风,快畢業(yè)了才知道酥诽,我們的老師自己都沒有入門啊……(聳肩)所以學(xué)英語的時(shí)候就想說找一個(gè)起碼自己入門了的老師= =然而更重要的是肯幫我糾錯(cuò)……被捧在高位卻沒有助教的大牛還是算了

3F原則:專注focus、反饋feedback婆誓、糾正fix it
在《躍遷》里吃环,古典認(rèn)為杰出的人之所以杰出是因?yàn)閒ocus。現(xiàn)代生活中的確需要更多的洋幻、刻意的專注……比如一邊吃飯一邊看劇可能會(huì)影響腸胃蠕動(dòng)郁轻,同時(shí)也沒法好好思考。佛教里也有類似的小故事:

《學(xué)習(xí)之道》里寒波,同樣強(qiáng)調(diào)了專注乘盼,提倡運(yùn)用回想自我檢測(cè)(即時(shí)反饋和修正),并隔一段時(shí)間有意識(shí)的重復(fù)(刻意練習(xí))俄烁。
