Buying house in china is the most important thing. We can also say some people single by without house. You couldn’t believe but that true and many people facing that kind of problem expecially for the boy who living in the city. Because their mother legal in law required.but you may say there are also many case to show people get marry without house. Yes, there also is but not too much. In another word that even if they couldn’t buy the house by now but they have enough ability to buy the house in future then they still could find the girlfriend to get marry or the girl herself never care about any thing about house if only they have love then they could marry for each other. But in most situation the house still required and also necessary.
Then the first problem coming, how many rooms are there? At least 2 rooms. What? Rooms also required? You really want to ask why? Right? Suppose you are 3 family then the 2 rooms and one kitchen and dining rooms are the regular size. Since the family needs more space to act and discuss even for others. But if you have 2 children then we could have more rooms for living. The become to 3 rooms 2 bathroom and one dining room ,kitchen... see, that’s the common sitting in china. After you know this then you could have better understand on price of Chinese house. And also understand why the price always up and never down...because of culture and real situation.for me the house is not necessary but i have to buy it because of i want to leave something for my child and also for myself while I’m getting old. Since the house may bring some safety for you in someway. Also for the renting fee. Because the renting fee always raising and never told you in earlier? then lead to i always moving. After counter i realize the renting fee higher than buying then why i still renting and pay the money for my house owner ? Then i decide to buy the house at the time i could pay. In the end that i want to say house is not necessary but if you could afford or try to find a way to pay it then why you don’t do?
