Lesson 12 Goodbye and good luck
Our neighbor, Captain Charles Alison, will sail from Portsmouth tomorrow. We'll meet him at the harbour early in the morning. He will be in his small boat—Topsail. Topsail is a famous little boat. It has sailed across the Atlantic many times. Captain Alison will set out at eight o'clock so we'll have plenty of time. We'll see his boat and then we'll say good-bye to him. He will be away for two months. We are very proud of him. He will take part in an important race across the Atlantic.

音標L
有兩種不同的發(fā)音
There are actually two kinds of Ls, and they are not in the same way.
1. the light L
the L is a light L when it comes before the vowel or diphthong in a syllable.
有兩種發(fā)音方式俗壹，一種是：to lift the tongue so the tip is touching the roof of the mouth just behind the front teeth.
另外一種的發(fā)音像th， with the tongue tip touching the bottom of the top front teeth.
The contact with the teeth is more firm than the TH sound pushing up on the top teeth.
The tongue is not as loose or relaxed as it is in the TH.
2. the Dark L
單詞：luck? Charles? topsail? little? sail?
練習感悟：
1.復(fù)習完L的發(fā)音之后般卑，覺得自己不會發(fā)了武鲁，一直發(fā)的都是light L, 對于dark L發(fā)的時候也是用light L來代替，感覺我的舌頭要被整慘了蝠检，一會兒上抬沐鼠，一會兒弓著，一會兒還得卷著舌尖叹谁，看來明天要繼續(xù)L的練習了饲梭。
2.第一句怎么都讀不順，連from都不會念了焰檩，Charles中L的發(fā)音很清晰憔涉，單個音標發(fā)都行，連著讀的時候發(fā)現(xiàn)ch要快速過渡到ar再過渡到L的音還是會有點反應(yīng)不過來析苫，念得不夠好聽监氢。
2.看到了r的音布蔗，所以試著hold out，練習的時候用這個非常用效果浪腐。23秒纵揍，坐著的；26秒议街，站著的泽谨，打字的時候感覺缺氧了。English Sounds - R [?] Consonant - How to make the R [?] Consonant
3.慢慢來特漩，慢慢來吧雹，不著急，好好打磨每一個音標涂身，不著急雄卷。?
4.晚上娃兒上課，可以找個空曠的地方好好再練習一下蛤售。
5.風大的嚇人丁鹉，估計得等到回家才能發(fā)語音了，先把筆記發(fā)了悴能，免得到時候太晚了揣钦。
