2020年1月23日寫(xiě)了第93篇文章后就斷更至今了云芦。
I stopped writing in Jianshu since Jan.23rd, 2020 after I wrote my 93rd article.
1月24日是年三十涩笤，疫情消息爆發(fā)的日子，家人又啟程回老家锰瘸，那兩天自己有點(diǎn)感冒刽严，就沒(méi)有及時(shí)寫(xiě)文章，而一斷更就老賴(lài)了避凝，斷了21天舞萄。
Jan 24th, 2020 was our New Year’s Eve when the plague outbreak news started to spread. My family drove home that day, and I unfortunately caught a bit of cold, so I did not wrote on time and stopped for 21 days.
今天開(kāi)始回更。
I am gonna write one article a day from today.
這段時(shí)間主要練習(xí)五級(jí)曲目《鷗鷺忘機(jī)》管削，曲子開(kāi)頭就是指法“滾拂”倒脓，今天來(lái)研究一下“滾拂”的細(xì)節(jié)。主要是記錄學(xué)習(xí)到的內(nèi)容含思。
I am mainly playing the level five music of "Ou Lu Wang Ji " these days. The music begins with the performance technique called "Gun fu" .Today, I am going to further study this technique.
滾：
Gun
數(shù)弦順撥奏崎弃，由高音至低音為：滾，由高音至低音為拂含潘。
All strings plucked in the order from higher register to the lower register is called “Gun”饲做；from lower register to the higher register is called “fu”.
快速用“摘”的指法由高音到低音彈奏三四根弦以上。通常就是七弦連摘至二弦遏弱，或往某弦起至某弦止盆均。
Using the performance technique of “Zhai”, pluck 3 to 4 strings or more from higher register to the lower register, normally from the seventh string to the second string.
演奏時(shí)，彎曲名指中節(jié)腾窝，伸直末節(jié)缀踪。
Bend the middle part of the ring finger and straighten the distal part.
下指由深而淺居砖，由重而輕虹脯，由急而緩，不求肘力奏候，以腕力掌力為主傳至名指首中節(jié)循集，聲音融合清晰。
The ring finger should pluck the strings from deep to shallow. The power should be from heavy to light, from urgent to slow. It is the power from the wrist and palm , instead of from the elbow, transmitted to the 2nd part and distal part of the ring finger.
拂：
Fu
通常與滾連用蔗草，即快速用“抹”的指法由低音向高彈奏三四根弦以上咒彤。也就是食指自一弦連抹至六弦，或往某弦起至某弦止咒精。
Normally played together with “Gun”. Using the performance technique of “Mo”, pluck 3 to 4 strings or more from lower register to the higher register, normaly from the first string to the sixth string.
演奏時(shí)镶柱，下指由淺而深，由輕而重模叙，由緩而急歇拆，恰與滾法相反。音須連而勿斷，肘至腕故觅，腕至掌厂庇，掌至指，遞次用力输吏。
As opposed to “Gun”, the ring finger should pluck the strings from shallow to deep, and the power should be from light to heavy, from slow to urgent.
滾拂：
Gunfu
一滾一拂权旷，兩法并用，演奏時(shí)贯溅，運(yùn)指和單用一樣拄氯，但是要連續(xù)銜接。滾拂俱急的時(shí)候它浅，要使數(shù)弦的音響聽(tīng)如一聲坤邪。
When “Gun” & “Fu” used together, just pluck like each used separately, only that the rhythm has to be coherent. And, when playing at fast tempo, make it sound like only one voice.
用指以取得圓勢(shì)為法，滾則轉(zhuǎn)右罚缕，由內(nèi)彈出艇纺；拂則轉(zhuǎn)走，由外撥入邮弹，合并成一圈式黔衡，竅在滾的末尾，拂的起頭腌乡，都在一二弦之間輕輕度過(guò)盟劫，自然不著痕跡。
“Gun” is that the ring finger pulls strings outward in a direction from right to left. “ Fu”is that the ring finger pulls strings inward in a direction from left to right. Both combine in a circle. The trick lies in the end of“Gun” and the beginning of “Fu”, namely pluck the 1st and 2nd string lightly, intentionally.
易錯(cuò)之處：
Common mistakes:
1）名指下指太深
The finger plucks too deep
2）名指過(guò)于伸直
Too straight finger
3）滾拂分段而不連
“Gun” & “Fu” are not coherent
4）滾拂相連而無(wú)輕重及快慢變化
Pluck all strings with the same pitch and tempo, no high or low pitch, no fast or slow tempo.
5）以臂為軸前后推拉肘腕
Use arms to push elbow and wrist
6）手勢(shì)丑陋怪支
Ugly hand gesture
