There is no doubt that it needs genius as if developing the economic of social society. Nowadays intelligent persons contribute a lot for the Chinese nation progress. In other words, only genuine talent could live by themselves in fierce competition atmosphere. Excellent enterprises felt as if they had found a priceless treasure when they recruit a right person.
It's said that person who obseses “composite copetitive edge” could stay forward front far beyond others, which means professional ones will be fell behind.
Driven by the aboving tendency, everyone tried his/her best to improve him/herself in order to gain the competitive power. Then, they will have a bright brilliant prospects.
However, it's cruel in realistic daily life. And sometimes it's in vain. If someone shows his/her outstanding so much, they will be easily involved in controling. No one wanna others surpass themselves as all the human beings is selfish species, especially your superiors. They just wanna each surbodinate dose what they ask to and never departure them.How rediculous it is! All good things must come to an end, first-class surbodinates will leave eventually once their wing growing thick. Let them grow freely rather than restrain them. They will pay highly appriciation to your generosity and sincereness.
What a pity that it will never come true! So please “Never to be the best” which may be the best way as there is no real opportunities. Only we could do is detest the world and its ways which seems much simpler.
