This diary is just presenting my work between May 30th and May 31th.
Today I have nothing special happened, I originally organized a meeting to study usability engineering application which was cancelled due to work conflict between several participants. I have to postpone it to next week. Then I finished the collating our design input document of new project at the request of my line manager, and other supporting stuff.
What I would like to emphasize is yesterday’s work.
I attended a training session about product safety risk management yesterday afternoon which I put forward a request and invited our risk manager to provide this training to R&D department with the purpose of how to identify potential risk and its severity and harm to users and take mitigating and control measures to reduce risk in product development process. But only several R&D colleagues attended this training because of other work and meeting conflict. What a pity!
There were still nearly 20 people from quality and R&D to attend and most people actively participated the training.
Because I usually manage and control the risk management document as one of my daily work, before that training, I had studied related standard and our local procedure document again, and took my questions to attend training, then I was delighted that I gained a lot I haven’t noticed before through this training.
Eventually one thing I want to summarize is that each training is a deeper understanding of our previous knowledge and it must be useful to our furture work.
