考官回答：
We all hesitate from time to time when we speak to think about our idea or what has been said to us. This is fine and natural and ok for IELTS as long as it is not excessive. When we hesitate to think about our grammar or because we can't think about a word we need then this is different . Doing this too much makes a negative impression and issomething that people should work on. Speaking a bit slower can actually help quite a lot with this.
