The value of thinking is to ask good questions: When the ancient Greek philosophers were discussing what forces made motion possible, and what was the primary driving force, Democritus asked rhetorically, “Why does motion need a reason, while stillness is No need for a reason? Could it be a natural prejudice that we take for granted?”
Come to think of it, are we focusing too much on change and ignoring the many conditions required to remain unchanged? What we take for granted in our minds may not be so true!
