解決辦法：在項(xiàng)目下的build.gradle repositories下加入 google()

解決辦法：更換項(xiàng)目下repositories的順序推穷，如

4. com.android.ide.common.signing.KeytoolException: Failed to read key ??????
.properties用來存放app名稱或者keystore信息時(shí)列敲，出現(xiàn)中文會(huì)讀取亂碼。

解決辦法：首先項(xiàng)目的文件編碼都改為utf-8

然后取值的時(shí)候，如取keystore alias使用new String(KEYSTORE_ALIAS.getBytes("iso8859-1"), "UTF-8")
