3.7 -The importance of analysing data
-一個(gè)出現(xiàn)頻率很高的詞：conversions
-'So overall, the most important things to remember is to continuously consider the experience of your customer and to make this as good as possible to make them want to engage with your business.'

How are users getting to your webpage?
How many users make a purchase (conversions)?
Where are your users dropping out?
How are your users navigating your site?
How many of your users are bouncing?

到此為止探越，課程就算結(jié)束了狡赐。不過最后還有一個(gè)小論文的作業(yè)要提交，要求你就某個(gè)website或app钦幔，結(jié)合所學(xué)的內(nèi)容枕屉，從ux、交互鲤氢、用研搀擂、測試等方面入手寫一篇論文西潘。
我選了一個(gè)叫weico的app，剛好在appstore翻到哨颂。這是一個(gè)簡潔版的微博喷市，跟tim差不多的意思。
寫完后咆蒿，課程還要求你讀一篇本課程其他同學(xué)提交的答案东抹，讓你去就各個(gè)指標(biāo)寫出自己的評價(jià)。
我讀到的一位叫做Tanya的同學(xué)寫的關(guān)于在線mooc網(wǎng)站的分析沃测。感覺寫得比我好多了缭黔，分析得很有理有據(jù)，態(tài)度很端正蒂破。我想起來這門課我學(xué)的過程中馏谨，一直嫌它很水，但是別的同學(xué)也是這樣學(xué)過來的附迷，最后寫的論文卻比我有深度多了惧互，很是慚愧。
總的來說喇伯，雖然課程中許多概念是我此前早就聽說過的喊儡，但是仍然讓我建立了一個(gè)新的，完整的對于UX的認(rèn)識稻据。在參加這門課程之前艾猜，我剛讀完兩本破繭成蝶，邊讀邊思考捻悯，也做了一些筆記和心得匆赃，自以為了解UX了，其實(shí)還真的差得很遠(yuǎn)今缚。我參加這門課程的初衷算柳，是想通過實(shí)際的課程（而不是光自己看書），獲得一些實(shí)操的經(jīng)驗(yàn)姓言，很遺憾瞬项，本課程沒有太多實(shí)操，主要是講解概念何荚，但是作為入門性的課程滥壕，確實(shí)是很不錯(cuò)的。
設(shè)計(jì)不同于傳統(tǒng)學(xué)科兽泣，它更多時(shí)候的面貌是交叉型且實(shí)踐性很強(qiáng)绎橘，因此知道概念和理論只是走出了第一步，真正做出來的東西才是最有說服力的，我始終相信這一點(diǎn)称鳞。
