喻伽課漸入佳境浆洗，我的喻伽老師和我說(shuō)：“Yoga takes time, that is to say, it takes a certain amount of time. Some changes can not be forced to happen. Like a beautiful flower, you are waiting for it to open so that you can appreciate its beauty. It slowly begins to open. So, you have to wait for the opening of this one, you have to wait for the arrival of knowledge, you have to wait for the arrival of this feeling, when you can get the results, the results will come. ”
想起春節(jié)在先鋒書(shū)店看書(shū)，王爾德（自深深處）里的一段話：“There are many things I need to do in front of me. I need to climb steeper peaks and cross darker canyons. All this can only be done by myself, neither religion nor morality nor reason can help me.”
兩段話相互呼應(yīng)颈娜，讓我在動(dòng)靜之間找到平衡點(diǎn)，在每周三次的喻伽課上聽(tīng)到花開(kāi)的聲音帕翻，在每天忙碌的工作中找到自我價(jià)值體系和從容的力量仗嗦。
