The joke (it is Mark Twain's, really) may have its point for some of our contemporaries, but the remark is false for the most part. In fact, the great books are probably the most widely read. They are not best sellers for a year or two. 一本好書斑司,并不是一年或者兩年之內(nèi)的暢銷書,而是經(jīng)久不衰的暢銷本吠式。經(jīng)得起歷史的考驗陡厘,歲月的打磨。成為人類文學(xué)歷史上璀璨奪目的珍珠特占。在此之前我讀的書糙置,大多數(shù)別人推薦的,什么人一生必須要讀的十本書啊之類的是目,都是些雞湯谤饭。喝的多了就免疫了。后來接觸明著懊纳,才明白名著的魅力揉抵,讀書的真正意義。
