New Year's Resolution - 2021. 新年打算
Stick to my spare time English teaching hobby, moving forward in a relatively larger scale so as to benefit more with what I think a better way of learning English. I am interested in exploring things that is benefitial to three parties, learners, oneself, and society. Delivering education program to a larger group with a small or no cost will bnefit students; the achievement of helping people contributes to the satisfaction of self-realization, both of which will do good to the scociety as a whole. This small target, I think, is achievable.?
It is feasible to achive in half a year a relatively good feel for English language, the sprachgefuhl(語感), with a gradual buildup of students' ability of nice pronunciation with shadowing and repeating of sentences in quite an English way of sounding; to have a basic mastery of the framework of English grammar, (still, gradually, and roughly in another half year). With a continuation of the improvement of feelings of the language, students are being introduced and helped with an establishment of a preliminary reading habit, with simple and fun materials as a start. Meanwhile, starting the covering of the 850 core English words.?
In a word, to let more people understand and participate in such a learning project, to master the indispensable essence of English language in a short time.
I have completed an experimental class with a small group of students and achieved the goal in three years. The children who participated in the program all performed well in their schools, and are all on top in class on English subject. Moreover, I've got quite some valuable lessons and experiences from those years of teaching practice.?
Today I am working on a new class, for several months already, a small one as before but with ages ranging a bit greatly from a young pre-school kid, and mostly grade one or two, to a senior being over 60. They are all doing well. They all work hard and get a lot, even though they have much work to do at school and have not much time for out-of-scholl English learning, and, that's the reason that I slow the program progess a bit to leave them more time to assimilate. That also gives me more leisure time, to enable me to have a New Year Resolution as this, to have more students, as I feel that I have extra time and energy to handle more.?
Below is some recordings of them, you can see that they are all good in pronunciation already, flow and rhythm are natural. Even though they are only mimicking and shadowing, it's already a remarkable achievement to reach such a level from a Zero language background in five months. They can be said to have got the feeling of the language already.??
2021新年打算
微圖小志。繼續(xù)業(yè)余英語教學(xué)愛好的發(fā)展，擴大一下笋鄙。嘗試向規(guī)模化前行霞篡。把自己認(rèn)為比較好的英語學(xué)習(xí)方式介紹給給更多人。
已經(jīng)完成了一個班的周期學(xué)習(xí)端逼，達到了預(yù)期目的朗兵，三年基本就完成了上述目標(biāo)，盡管他們只達到我要求的一半顶滩，但參加學(xué)習(xí)的孩子們在學(xué)校里沒有英語落后的矛市。
現(xiàn)在又開了一個新的學(xué)習(xí)班，進行了幾個月了诲祸，初期目標(biāo)已經(jīng)達到了浊吏，發(fā)音很象樣，語感基本有了救氯。聽聽他們的學(xué)習(xí)錄音就能感覺出來找田。 后續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)也按計劃推進。 小的是學(xué)齡前兒童着憨，老的是六十歲以上了啦鸣，但發(fā)音都有長足的進步摘完，尤其是從零基礎(chǔ)學(xué)起的孩子，仿讀的發(fā)音和語調(diào)基本沒有本族語的味道了。
第一個班的經(jīng)驗教訓(xùn)是斤葱，需要強制性要求把重要的句型和單詞寫熟，養(yǎng)成寫的習(xí)慣授翻； 還要進行閱讀的提早培養(yǎng)（泛讀）贯莺。這些通過減少新材料的學(xué)習(xí)量的來完成（精讀更精練，泛讀跟上）柱衔。
做這件事比較有意義樊破，利人利己利社會。利人讓更多的英語初學(xué)者多一個較快地獲取重要的英語系統(tǒng)知識的渠道唆铐； 利公為社會培養(yǎng)積蓄后備人才貢獻點力量哲戚。這事對自己也不是負(fù)擔(dān)也沒壞處，還能豐富業(yè)余生活艾岂。?
從聽說讀寫來方面顺少，半年英語聽說的語感建立起來，半年英語閱讀的感覺和習(xí)慣初步涉獵王浴，再半年把英語的基本框架給與介紹歸納脆炎，再半年，伴隨著英語語言點的持續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)叼耙，把850個核心單詞也進行盡可能多的學(xué)習(xí)覆蓋腕窥，同時繼續(xù)英語閱讀的感覺的提高，繼續(xù)語言點的可理解輸入筛婉。這樣兩到三年就已經(jīng)算是“學(xué)會英語”了簇爆，盡管還不是“學(xué)好英語”。
授之以漁爽撒，起到師傅領(lǐng)進門的作用入蛆，讓學(xué)習(xí)者為以后在學(xué)校學(xué)習(xí)英語或自己進行深入學(xué)習(xí)打下牢固的基礎(chǔ)。
這樣的小目標(biāo)的實現(xiàn)還是可期的： 讓更多人了解和參加這一學(xué)習(xí)項目硕勿，短期內(nèi)掌握少而精的不可或缺的英語精華部分哨毁。
所以，今年的新年愿望就是擴大一下這個學(xué)習(xí)項目的學(xué)生規(guī)模源武，在更廣泛的人群中完善這一學(xué)習(xí)項目扼褪。
