本來有記錄今天的幾個小煩惱乖杠，慨嘆歲月不等人匣缘，再次看到這篇文章瘦棋，我把那些煩惱刪了稀火。人不能嚇唬自己，要有向上而頑強的生命力赌朋。
《青春》
譯文：
青春不是年華凰狞，而是心境；青春不是桃面沛慢、丹唇赡若、柔膝，而是深沉的意志团甲，恢宏的想象逾冬，炙熱的戀情；青春是生命的深泉在涌流躺苦。
青春氣貫長虹身腻，勇銳蓋過怯弱，進取壓倒茍安匹厘。

人人心中皆有一臺天線斗搞，只要你從天上人間接受美好指攒、希望、歡樂僻焚、勇氣和力量的信號允悦，你就青春永駐，風(fēng)華常存虑啤。
一旦天線下降隙弛，銳氣便被冰雪覆蓋，玩世不恭狞山、自暴自棄油然而生驶鹉，即使年方二十，實已垂垂老矣铣墨；然則只要樹起天線室埋，捕捉樂觀信號，你就有望在八十高齡告別塵寰時仍覺年輕伊约。
青春不是生命里的一段時光姚淆，不是指紅潤的臉頰、紅撲撲的嘴唇和柔軟的雙膝屡律；它是一種精神狀態(tài)腌逢，是指不懈的干勁、豐富的想象力和滾燙的情懷超埋。
它是生命春意正濃時鮮活的記憶,它是生命之源勃勃生機的涌泉搏讶；青春意味著戰(zhàn)勝懦弱的那股大丈夫氣慨和摒棄安逸的那種冒險精神。
往往一個60歲的老者比一個20歲的青年更多一點這種勁頭霍殴。
人老不僅是歲月流逝所致媒惕，更主要的是懶惰不思進取的結(jié)果。
光陰可以在顏面上留下印記来庭，而熱情之火的熄滅則在心靈上刻下皺紋妒蔚。
遺憾、恐懼月弛、缺乏自信肴盏，會扭曲人的靈魂，并將青春化為灰燼帽衙。
無論60歲還是20歲菜皂，您需要保持永不衰竭的好奇心，永不熄滅的孩提般求知的渴望和追求事業(yè)成功的歡樂與熱情厉萝。
在你我的心底恍飘，都有一座無線電臺：它能在多長時間里榨崩，接收到人間萬物傳遞來的美好、希望常侣、歡樂、鼓勵和力量的信息弹渔，您就會年輕多長時間胳施。

Youth is not a time of life; it is a state of mind; it is not a matter of rosy cheeks, red lips and supple knees; it is a matter of the will, a quality of the imagination, a vigor of the emotions; it is the freshness of the deep springs of life.
Youth means a tempera-mental predominance of courage over timidity, of the appetite for adventure over the love of ease. This often exists in a man of 60 more than a boy of 20. Nobody grows old merely by a number of years. We grow old by deserting our ideals.
Years may wrinkle the skin, but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul.
Worry, fear, self-distrust bows the heart and turns the spring back to dust.
Whether 60 or 16, there is in every human being’s heart the lure of wonder, the unfailing childlike appetite of what’s next and the joy of the game of living. In the center of your heart and my heart there is a wireless station: so long as it receives messages of beauty, hope, cheer, courage and power from men and from the Infinite, so long are you young.
When the aerials are down, and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you are grown old, even at 20, but as long as your aerials are up, to catch waves of optimism, there is hope you may die young at 80.
