Yunnan is a province with lots of characteristics, over 25 of China’s ethnic minority groups reside here,providing a colorful salad of China’s mixed culture, there is srong local characteristic,charming ethnic and flavorand diverse ethnic customs. The natural scenery is very amazing, the mountains are special and scenic, lofty peaks appeared some times, with multitude of shapes and features; the lake like mirrors, clear water can see through the lake bottom, the water color is as paintings.
Kunming stone Forest
Kunming stone Forest Park is a notable set of limestone formations with an area of 400 square kilometers. You will see the different types of limestone of here is isolated, exquisite and beautiful, showing its unique charm. It became the member in the list of World Nature Heritage in June , 2007.) It include he Lizijing Stone Forest ,Naigu Stone Forest ,Zhiyun Cave,Lake Chang ( literally Long Lake),Lake Yue ( literally Moon Lake),Dadieshui Waterfall ,Qifeng Cave.The stone shapes is a miracle of nature, some of them like peaks rising one higher than another, some of them like animals, plants, one stone can utter beautiful tones like music instrument when beating it.
All of them are formed total naturally, it’s the gratia from the God,you can feel the force of the nature, it must be awed by us, we must obey the natural rules.
Culture
According to legend, the forest is the birthplace of Ashima, a beautiful girl of the Yi people. After falling in love she was forbidden to marry her chosen suitor and instead turned into a stone in the forest that still bears her name.Each year on the 24th day of the sixth lunar month, many Yi people celebrate the Torch Festival,which features folk dances and wrestling competitions.
Erhai Lake in Dali
If you have ever imagine to have a dwelling place like dreamy-land in your real life, when you see Erhai Lake building, you will feel that you’re in a dream, but you know they're the truth. The Erhai lake buildings are as this! All the Erhai lake looks like a giant jade plate, the lake water is clear and glittering, bright and smooth, it also like a big piece of silk fabric, most of time it’s peaceful, some times it will be with small ripples, like some one shake the silk fabric lightly, some times it is with full of passion, like curling up thousand heaps of snow. By the small boat you will enjoy the green Cangshan Mountain and the Three Pagodas from a far as well as lots of birds and seagulls flying over the lake.The buildings around Erhai lake is lived by the "fairies",the style is old and elegant, it’s as made with flower trees on the building top, building beams, building eaves, the flower trees always play games with sunlight directed shined, declining shined or stealthy sliped into from outside. When you look at it, you will feel you’re looking a dream, I think if you’re living in it, you must feel that you’re living in a dream.
Jade Dragon Snow Mountain
Jade Dragon Snow Mountain is a mountain massif or small mountain range in Yulong Naxi Autonomous County, Lijiang,consisting of 13 peaks, am it's highest peak name Shanzidou and is 5,596 m (18,360 ft) above sea level.

The Old Town of Lijiang/Shuhe
? The Old Town of Lijiang, a well-preserved old city of ethnic minorities with brilliant culture.The old town looks like a big jade ink slab, therefore got the alias the Town of Big Ink Slab. Lijiang was placed on the world cultural heritage list in 1997.)?
When you come to the old town of Lijiang, the feeling is as you just tumbled, then you find you're time-traveliing into the old Tang/Song dynasty, antique flavour, antique color,antique charm, antique building, antique scenery, ancient people....... Only when you see the rows of bars, the dreaminess lights, you wake up and think: "how can there no romantic meeting if come to Lijiang?" It seems I'm lucky enough, I met my lover there and brought him home.

Jinsha River Gorge
From Lijiang to Lugu lake, we will pass the Jinsha river gorge, the road is with hairpins and switchbacks, very steep and precipitous. The beautiful level of the scenes is just like the steep level of the roads." The green water is endless long, and the? lofty peaks, scenic ridges and the precipitous mountaintops one behind the other.
Lugu Lake
Lugu lake is like the glittering blue gemstone,shining together with the blue sky, and is more blue,more shinny,more clear than the blue sky. The lake is surrounded with the green mountains and hills, like the painting screen spreaded widely, it stays there quietly, with full of gorgeous, when you see it, you will eyes dazzling, you will heart-quaking, and you will be quietly. The birds are flying here and there, they play game with the people without fear, when you throw some food to them, they will flying around you.
The lake area is best known as home to the unique Mosuo culture. The Mosuo, a subgroup of the Naxi, is a matrilineal society whose members engage in traditional "walking marriages", in which the husband and wife remain in their respective maternal homes and often have more than one partner. The picturesque scenery there is also impressive
