項(xiàng)目中對(duì)url進(jìn)行了拼接频祝，然后使用上述方法對(duì)url轉(zhuǎn)碼稳诚，導(dǎo)致url為空
建議朦前，僅對(duì)需要轉(zhuǎn)碼的部分轉(zhuǎn)碼
