一脱衙、 引入maven依賴

在配置文件中引入spring-beans，spring-context捐韩，spring-mvc
并添加掃描路徑

三退唠、 修改web.xml，隨容器啟動DispacherServlet

注意修改文件頭的版本荤胁，這里取2.5的

四瞧预、寫一個控制器，返回Hello

注意仅政，我這里添加的控制器是在掃描路徑下的垢油，否則請求將無法處理
