Film for this week recommended by my friend is “The Pursuit of Happyness” which acted by Will Smith I admired. A nice inspiring movie, when you feel disappointed, watch this movie and then you’ll feel strength that you believe nothing is impossible.
Firstly, I wanna say something to explain the error of the name. It’s spelling mistake on the wall beside the kindergarten of Chris Gardner ‘s son. Each time he come across, he will correct it to the cleaner --There is an I in "happiness",There is no Y in "happiness",It's an I. I quite like this sentence because that exactly means, everybody could enjoy happiness without reason.
The story narrates Chris Gardner’s work and life, during normal day, he confronts lots of difficulties, however, he defeated all of them.
There are five parts of his life before success
--being stupid
--Running
--Internship
--Paying taxes
--Little part happiness
The first part is funny, he trust a music stroller on the road, put the most important equipment which worth of his a half of month living. He lost it. As every person comes to the earth is virtuous, but it doesn’t mean we have to trust every stranger. Maybe he will learn something after this part.
After being stupid, he has to try his best to earn his whole family living, the only way he could do is hard working. The good thing is that he realizes that he has a gift on numbers. Every person is unique; one could get success on one’s own advantages. The key point is to find it out and then bring into play.
Gain the opportunity as you found it. The internship in a famous stock company is a turn of his life. When you have a direction, stick it and go on and on no matter how difficult it is.
As there is no salary during internship, Chris Gardner is out at the elbows, live in refuge, does sales visits frequently, as he got a highly tax debts. There is an old saying—No pains, no gains. The sunny day always comes after runny day. He eventually paid the taxes and became a professional broker.
