槍支管理美國的沉重話題
據(jù)報道面對頻發(fā)的槍支暴力事件瑟俭，在美國又引發(fā)了新一輪的是否禁槍的大爭論违寞，“禁槍派”與“反禁派”都極盡所能贞瞒，但始終坐不到一條板凳上〕寐“禁槍派”甚至掀起了“禁槍立法運動”军浆，強烈要求立法禁槍，認為正因為私人有了槍挡闰，才導致槍擊死人乒融，政府不能坐視國民生命而不顧；但“反禁派”認為私人有權持槍摄悯，政府無權禁槍赞季。很多美國人贊同“反禁派”的觀點，認為“人的因素第一”奢驯。
Gun control—the heavy topic in America
It is reported that a new round of a heated debate on whether gun should be banned has aroused in America in the face of frequent gun violence. Gun-supporters and protestants spare no efforts in defending their own standpoint but never succeed in reaching an agreement. The protestants even provoked the movement of legislation of banning guns, strongly urging that legislation be made to ban guns. They believe individuals’ gun-ownership is the trigger to the bloodshed and it is irresponsible for the government to do nothing regardless of people’s life. However, the supporters hold that gun ownership is individuals’ right, and the government has no right to ban guns. Many Americans resonate with the supporters’ views that human factors contribute the most.

the disputes on whether to ban guns not only take place among non-governmental organizations and the public but also in the Republicans and Democrats. Gun control issue has become a major focus in two parties’ political differences. Democrats support gun control and prohibition, while the Republicans advocate private gun ownership.
作為一個局外人管跺，我始終堅持認為义黎，人身的安全，社會的安定豁跑，絕不是靠槍械就能解決問題的廉涕。關鍵是要管好人，人人做個遵規(guī)守法的好公民艇拍。倘若這個社會充滿各種不正義火的、邪惡、貪婪淑倾、惡毒馏鹤、嫉妒、怨恨娇哆、詭詐湃累、狂傲勃救、冷血，即使禁了槍又如何治力？
As an outsider, I consistently insist that personal security and social stability cannot be solved merely through guns. Will gun prohibition make a difference if our community is congested with injustice, evil, greed, malice, jealousy, resentment, conspiracy, arrogance and cold blood?
看來蒙秒，美國的禁槍問題不僅僅是政治選票博弈問題，更有深層次的傳統(tǒng)宵统、文化晕讲、法律等原因，也許“禁槍法案”是一個永遠也不可能通過的法案马澈，嚴格的槍支管理也是一項永遠不可能完成的任務
it seems that gun control in America is not only a matter of political vote and gambling, but rather a profound matter of tradition, culture and laws. Perhaps gun control acts can never be passed and draconian gun control is a mission impossible to accomplish.
