Expect(期望)
What you can expect in almost every interview:(絕大多數(shù)面試中將會(huì)遇到的問(wèn)題:)
1. Introductions (about 3-5 minutes): Every interview should have an introduction; Small talk and getting to know each other.(開(kāi)場(chǎng)白(約3-5分鐘):每場(chǎng)面試都會(huì)有一個(gè)開(kāi)場(chǎng)白溶推;簡(jiǎn)短的寒暄冕碟,彼此介紹并相互認(rèn)識(shí)。)
2. The interviewer should explain the purpose and how he/she will conduct the interview: He/she will ask you questions about you and usually start with something like : " Tell me about yourself "; " I will leave some time at the end for you to ask questions ".(面試官說(shuō)明面試的目的和流程:他/她會(huì)問(wèn)一些有關(guān)你自己的情況婚夫,通常會(huì)這樣開(kāi)始:“請(qǐng)你做一個(gè)自我介紹”;“我會(huì)在最后留一些時(shí)間給你提問(wèn)”寥闪。)
3. The main body of the interview ( this part usually lasts 30 to 45 minutes for most interviews ): The interviewer should ask you, in a variety of ways, what you can do; He/she might ask you what you did, said, felt, thought in certain situations.(面試的主體部分(在大多數(shù)情況下這一部分需要30至45分鐘):面試官會(huì)以各種方式提問(wèn)仁连,以了解你具有哪些能力和技能;他/她可能會(huì)問(wèn)你在某種特定的情境下是如何做径簿、如何說(shuō),有何感受嘀韧。)
4. Questions about your experience: What do you know about our company篇亭;What do you know about X?(詢(xún)問(wèn)你的經(jīng)歷:你對(duì)我們公司有何了解;你對(duì)X了解多少锄贷?)
5. Questions about your skills: Can you tell me how you would do Y?(詢(xún)問(wèn)你所掌握的技能:請(qǐng)告訴我你是如何做Y的译蒂?)
6. Questions about your attitude to work, teams, conflict, etc.: When was the last time you were in conflict with a colleague?(請(qǐng)問(wèn)你對(duì)工作、團(tuán)隊(duì)谊却、沖突等的態(tài)度:你與同事最近發(fā)生的一次沖突是在什么時(shí)候柔昼?)
7. You should be given the opportunity to ask questions: You must have some questions to ask!(你將獲得提問(wèn)機(jī)會(huì):你必須準(zhǔn)備和提出一些問(wèn)題!)
8. The interviewer should tell you what happens next: If he/she does not tell you, then you must ask!(面試官將告知你后續(xù)步驟:如果他/她沒(méi)有告知你炎辨,務(wù)必自己?jiǎn)柷宄捕透。?/p>
