Inner peace is the most important element of all the things, I think. This means you have enough time to think, compare your ideas in order to make the best decision but not every people can have this inner peace. For example:one day, your manager just assigned one task to you and hope you can give the solution within 1 hour. There are two possible situation that may follow? after this. First is you know how to do this, that's why you know how much time you need so you may discuss it with your boss and clearly explain to him/her why you need more time because you know in your ability that you cannot complete it on time. All those things come from your inner peace, so you want to ask what’s inner peace and how can we have it? Right? Inner peace comes from your normal collection and also from all the things in your mind.So those kind of things gives you inner peace instead of always saying yes and will do it directly without thinking.
This is the second situation, saying yes to your boss without knowing if you can really do it on time. If at the beginning , you just reply to your boss that you will do it and can give the solution on time then you're putting yourself at risk since you know that it's too difficult. During this process, you hurry up to connect and find people who can help you complete that. Eventually, because of rushing, you will forget what you really need to do. Under this way, all the people will be tired and will complain to you then you will also complain even your boss or someone involved.
