這里談到了關(guān)于用戶發(fā)布內(nèi)容椒功,需要涉及到的安全機(jī)制,包括:
-要求用戶同意條款(EULA),并且這些條款必須明確表示遭垛,不允許有令人反感的內(nèi)容或濫用的用戶数冬。
-一種過濾有害內(nèi)容的方法
-一種用戶標(biāo)記不良內(nèi)容的機(jī)制
-用戶阻止濫用用戶的機(jī)制
-開發(fā)人員必須在24小時內(nèi)通過刪除內(nèi)容并彈出提供有問題內(nèi)容的用戶來處理令人不快的內(nèi)容報告节槐。
根據(jù)這些反饋搀庶,以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)收集到的信息,需要做的是:
1. 用戶使用協(xié)議铜异。
對敏感信息進(jìn)行說明哥倔,在登錄頁面加用戶使用協(xié)議,部分APP在發(fā)布頁面揍庄,有的APP咆蒿,在制作頁面也會有;
2. 舉報蚂子。
對特定的視頻進(jìn)行舉報沃测,讓后臺下架。文字評論相關(guān)的應(yīng)用應(yīng)該也需要這個功能食茎。
3. 屏蔽/拉黑蒂破。
之前網(wǎng)上有文章講,說要這個功能别渔,有的沒有提到這個附迷。因為這個需要加新接口,并且大部分的查詢接口都需要做對應(yīng)的判斷哎媚,所以一直希望這個不是必要的挟秤,只是在改其他的接口。
4. 圖片和文字鑒黃之類抄伍。
大部分的應(yīng)用都是有1和4艘刚,2加一個加載效果,彈出一個提示“舉報成功截珍,平臺將會在24小時之內(nèi)給出回復(fù)”攀甚,3需要一定的工作量,一直想避開這個岗喉。后來蘋果的反饋是這樣的秋度。

當(dāng)時想的就是,有的東西沒加對查牌;
可能同樣的理由多次被拒絕之后事期,反饋信息里邊會加請求電話聯(lián)系的提示。也可以在回復(fù)框右上角“向 App 審查委員會提交上訴”纸颜,讓那邊打電話過來兽泣。最好加個你方便接聽的時間段指厌,加上對應(yīng)的時區(qū)定枷。
能電話,一定不要發(fā)郵件搭儒。郵件兩天一個來回钠龙。
經(jīng)過一番溝通吹缔,審核那邊說捺信,目前大部分措施都加了岳瞭,還需要一個功能,在中國地區(qū)稱為“屏蔽/拉黑”候齿。
