2. PD實(shí)踐
不知不覺中阳谍，課后的踐行已經(jīng)走過了十天攻礼。今天默茗和我分享道“控制情緒也是我最大的收獲蛮穿，這很重要但這只是解決問題的前提條件肝集，冷靜下來還得針對(duì)不同情況想不同方法來解決”野舶。確實(shí)如此峦耘，現(xiàn)在基本可以做到控制自己的情緒砌们，于我而言，已是非常大的轉(zhuǎn)變催烘。但是對(duì)于家庭關(guān)系而言沥阱，還有很長(zhǎng)的路要走。如何合理而恰當(dāng)?shù)氖褂酶鞣N工具是我需要不斷復(fù)習(xí)與踐行的第二個(gè)關(guān)鍵步驟伊群。
