奧托在辨識(shí)談話場(chǎng)域中提到了四個(gè)層級(jí):Downloading——Debating——Dialogue——Collective creativity
1. ? ? Downloading: talking nice——what others want us to saying——it disable us as a team to talk about real issue we face as a team.
2. ? ? Debating: talking tough——what I thinking——we can not get beyond of their point of view (I am my Jacket)
3. ? ? Reflective dialogue(dialogue Inquiry)—— I begin to speak from seeing myself as a part of a whole ——the capacity of the system to see itself.(I have a jacket

對(duì)于reflective dialogue和 collective creativity還沒有很深的感悟虹曙,故暫不做解釋知态,但downloading和 debating乏德,就是自己工作時(shí)常見的溝通場(chǎng)域現(xiàn)狀寿酌。細(xì)思極恐滔韵,平均沒有有2-3個(gè)小時(shí)在會(huì)上级及,但若大家都是talking nice or talking tough, 那長(zhǎng)久以往棚亩,團(tuán)隊(duì)的溝通和文化會(huì)變成什么樣?場(chǎng)域不是一個(gè)人造成的甚侣,但卻可能因一個(gè)人而產(chǎn)生變化明吩。當(dāng)和團(tuán)隊(duì)做溝通的時(shí)候间学,我是不是能放下自己的恐懼之聲說自己想說殷费,放下評(píng)判之聲聽他人所言?我是不是能去聯(lián)結(jié)自己的好奇心去探索低葫?當(dāng)我做不到時(shí)详羡,是不是做利益相關(guān)者訪談, 用利益相關(guān)者的角度看問題,看待我的角色? 從我開始會(huì)不會(huì)有人感覺到變化嘿悬,從而愿意去嘗試实柠?會(huì)不會(huì)有更多的人感受到從而更多的人嘗試?那個(gè)時(shí)候善涨,我是不是能感受reflective dialogue ,體驗(yàn) collective creativity窒盐?
所有的這些問題都有待嘗試,希望這周在工作上試一下并結(jié)合實(shí)例做一個(gè)分析钢拧。
