Feed-in Tariff 該政策可以保證可再生能源的開發(fā)商以特定的價格出售電力套啤,同時要求電力公司必須購買。
從實施方法上說随常,他們不是不是一回事兒潜沦。
區(qū)別在于:
Net metering是補貼的價錢可以說就是正常的公用電價,當然這種情況只是發(fā)生在你使用了太陽能發(fā)電而且在一定時期內(nèi)使用的電量沒有超過太陽能發(fā)電的量才有補貼绪氛,如果超過了唆鸡,那么從你使用的電量中扣除相應的太陽能產(chǎn)生的電量,在公用電費高的國家是比較劃算的枣察,比如發(fā)達國家争占,在發(fā)展中國家,可以說幾乎不可能實現(xiàn)序目,因為這是虧本的買賣燃乍。
Feed-in Tariff則是國家強制規(guī)定了,電力公司必須購買用戶安裝的太陽能電板產(chǎn)生的電量宛琅,而且是高價收購刻蟹,用戶自己使用的電量照常按照普通民用電價付費,所以這個政策對上網(wǎng)安裝用戶是很劃算的嘿辟,很多太陽能電站以此盈利舆瘪。
選擇新能源和舊能源就類似是選擇買車還是打車
新能源:起價高,但是一次性付完費就省心了红伦,不僅不需要交打車的錢了英古,而且要是自己家的車不用時還能提供順風車服務賺錢
舊能源:一直得花錢打車,結(jié)果順風車出來后搶了好多正常出租車的生意昙读,因為順風車生意(新能源)更便宜
結(jié)果新能源的價格優(yōu)勢降低了整個市場的行情召调,沒利潤了,自然投資者也不愿意去投資
還有很多新舊能源之間銜接的技術(shù)問題蛮浑,比如白天晚上供電量不均衡需要大容量存電設備唠叛,再比如電網(wǎng)得升級換代,要既能給用戶提供電沮稚,還能使個人家太陽能產(chǎn)電多時可以倒買回電網(wǎng)艺沼,而要這么做的話電力公司還要進一步讓利于個人,本來就賺不多蕴掏,這還能存活么障般,但要是全軍覆沒了调鲸,有個什么特殊情況陰天無風政府還沒法處理,政府也很為難挽荡,一方面投資支持新能源環(huán)保藐石,另外也得扶著舊能源,所以不能把舊能源全取締
