技巧1：先禮后兵潘懊，禮貌開(kāi)頭

技巧2：細(xì)節(jié)修改晌坤，不容小覷，一一作答瞬场，有禮有節(jié)

1.?比如審稿人提出：圖中需要補(bǔ)充比例尺

2.?比如審稿人提出：部分圖片沒(méi)有顯著性差異

Reply: Thank you very much for your careful reading of our paper (或We feel so sorry for our carelessness), we have indicated a significant difference with asterisk in the figures and also checked all the other figures. We confirm that all figures are correct now. (一旦被指出某一點(diǎn)問(wèn)題，也要一并檢查這一類問(wèn)題，確保所有圖片沒(méi)有同樣的情況)

3.?比如審稿人提出：某些具體的參考文獻(xiàn)作者名字不對(duì)恕酸，或期刊名不對(duì)榕栏，或不是英文文獻(xiàn)等

Reply:?套路同2—首先回復(fù)已更正了這些被指出的文獻(xiàn)問(wèn)題畔勤，另外還檢查了其他文獻(xiàn)，并做了相應(yīng)更改扒磁，確認(rèn)所有文獻(xiàn)現(xiàn)在都正確庆揪。(一旦被指出某一點(diǎn)問(wèn)題，也要一并檢查這一類問(wèn)題妨托，杜絕再次出現(xiàn)缸榛，也可以減輕后期proof的校對(duì)工作)

4.?比如審稿人提出：通篇語(yǔ)言存在問(wèn)題，建議母語(yǔ)化潤(rùn)色

5.?比如審稿人提出：補(bǔ)充XXX縮寫(xiě)詞的全稱

Reply:?套路同2—首先回復(fù)已補(bǔ)充了這些被指出的縮寫(xiě)詞的全稱，另外再檢查文中其他縮寫(xiě)詞是否也有這種情況敦腔，該標(biāo)全的標(biāo)全均澳，確認(rèn)所有縮寫(xiě)詞第一次被使用時(shí)都標(biāo)明了全稱。

6.?比如審稿人提出：裂解液成分有問(wèn)題

Reply: We are very sorry for the mistake. Lentivirus-transduced cells were washed twice with PBS, and suspended in a lysis buffer (2% mercaptoethanol, 20% glycerol, and 4% SDS, in 100 mM Tris-HCl buffer, pH 6.8). 技巧3：補(bǔ)充實(shí)驗(yàn)负懦，耗時(shí)耗力，如果不補(bǔ)柏腻，只能argue

1.?比如審稿人提出：補(bǔ)充正常皮膚細(xì)胞作對(duì)照

Tips:?如果你真的不想補(bǔ)纸厉，或者也買(mǎi)不到正常細(xì)胞株，還是查一查正常細(xì)胞株的名字五嫂，告訴審稿人你確實(shí)努力過(guò)颗品，只是事與愿違翱铣摺！

Reply: Indeed, it will be more convincing if we get a comparative assessment on normal keratinocytes. However, the normal skin cell line TE 353.SK that we recently obtained could not be cultured stably under the condition of our lab at this time. We are also collecting human tissue samples from patients with primary melanoma and benign nevi. Based on our data, XXX expression will be analyzed in clinical samples by immunohistochemistry, and the correlation between XXX expression and the prognosis of melanoma will be determined in our subsequent investigations. Therefore, the referee’s concern is of importance for our further study, and we will show the results in our next paper for XXX.

2.?比如審稿人提出：補(bǔ)充體內(nèi)實(shí)驗(yàn)

Tips:?補(bǔ)充動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)躯枢，是審稿人常提的問(wèn)題则吟，一點(diǎn)不令人意外。既然躲不過(guò)锄蹂，就見(jiàn)招拆招氓仲。如果能補(bǔ)上，自然極好得糜；如果沒(méi)有條件補(bǔ)敬扛，或者實(shí)驗(yàn)來(lái)不及，也要盡量說(shuō)的委婉點(diǎn)朝抖，假裝你確實(shí)努力了啥箭！

我們?nèi)ベI(mǎi)了若干只小鼠，按照文獻(xiàn)的方法操作:?We have purchased 10 thymus-null BALB/c nude mice (female, age 4-6 weeks) from the Animal Center of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. Osteosarcoma xenografts were established in nude mice according to a previous report (Gao et al., 2009). Briefly, control lentivirus or XXX gene shRNA-expressing lentivirus infected XXX cells (1×105) were suspended in 0.1 ml PBS and then injected subcutaneously into the proximal tibia of each anesthetized nude mice (n = 5 in each group). Unfortunately, the xenografts could not grow after inoculation for three weeks?(滿懷欣喜的接種到動(dòng)物身上治宣，然而實(shí)驗(yàn)這東西急侥，哪能一遍就成呢，我們做了一遍侮邀，結(jié)果沒(méi)能成瘤坏怪，實(shí)在是悲劇了). The limitation of technical condition may be the main reason. Also, we doubt that the cell viability could be insufficient to initiate osteosarcoma tumorigenesis in vivo due to the long-distance transport.

補(bǔ)充實(shí)驗(yàn)，究竟是申請(qǐng)延期绊茧，老老實(shí)實(shí)把實(shí)驗(yàn)做完陕悬，還是投機(jī)取巧argue一下，要看自己的運(yùn)氣了按傅。一般情況捉超，可以對(duì)照審稿人的意見(jiàn)綜合權(quán)衡。高分文章唯绍，最好還是該補(bǔ)的全補(bǔ)了拼岳，低分文章，如果你覺(jué)得有80%的把握况芒，完全可以憑你的勁爆人品成功拿下審稿人惜纸。

技巧4：審稿人的其他一些疑慮

Tips:?審稿人對(duì)文章提出的其他一些疑惑，不是僅僅為了得到你的回復(fù)绝骚，能消除這些疑惑的statement耐版，都應(yīng)盡可能地融合到文章里，讓它成為文章的一部分压汪，而不是Response里寫(xiě)了一大堆粪牲，正文里卻一句話沒(méi)有，畢竟最后發(fā)表的是Article止剖，而不是Response腺阳。

Reply:?先仔細(xì)作解釋落君，并聲明在修改稿中已對(duì)這些意見(jiàn)作了相應(yīng)的補(bǔ)充。(注意是融合到文章中亭引，而不是直接復(fù)制冗長(zhǎng)的解釋到文章里绎速。融合到文中的目的既豐富了文章內(nèi)容，也是為了在文章發(fā)表后可以消除其他讀者同樣的疑慮)
