努力是一個(gè)我不喜歡且盡量避免的詞。
下面我來試圖解釋一下為什么努力在我眼中是一個(gè)負(fù)面詞匯。
首先瞭恰,讓我們想想,什么樣的人會(huì)崇尚努力狱庇?
應(yīng)該是那些有所追求的惊畏,并且希望通過自己的努力來改變生活的人∶苋危可能有些人表面上會(huì)告訴別人颜启,他們喜歡自己努力的樣子或者努力的過程。但是浪讳,其實(shí)大部分人努力的內(nèi)在動(dòng)機(jī)就是提高他們現(xiàn)在的生活狀態(tài)缰盏。比如,在學(xué)生時(shí)代淹遵,小朋友的努力為了學(xué)習(xí)成績更好口猜,工作后,年輕人的努力是為了讓自己掙更多的錢透揣,或者是讓自己事業(yè)有成獲得社會(huì)地位暮的。所以,總而言之淌实,努力是大部分人通往他們眼中“成功”的目的地的一個(gè)手段。

You did not come into this environment to create through action.Instead, your action is meant to be a way in which you enjoy what you have created through thought. When you really feel like jumping into action, that is a clear sign that your vibration is pure and you are not offering contradictory thoughts to your own desire. When you are having a hard time making yourself do something, or when the action you offer does not produce the results you are seeking, it is always because you are offering thoughts in opposition to your desire. Action that is inspired from aligned thought is joyful action. Action that is offered from a place of contradicted thought is hard work that is not satisfying and does not yield good results. You are mostly physical-action Beings at this time because you do not yet understand the power of your thought. When you are better at applying your deliberate thought, there will not be so much action for you to tend to.

"上初中迷上搖滾樂润努,是因?yàn)榭戳四r三杰在紅勘體育館的演出,覺得竇唯示括、唐朝他們拿個(gè)電吉他甩頭發(fā)很酷铺浇,就抱個(gè)掃把在家里模仿。后來到處找人學(xué)吉他垛膝,你感興趣就會(huì)想辦法去接觸這些鳍侣,我們不會(huì)像那些從小被家長逼著練樂器的孩子丁稀,不覺得玩音樂是需要努力堅(jiān)持的事情。" 茂濤 《五條人:該尷尬就尷尬》
最后倚聚,我想說說我認(rèn)為人生的意義线衫。人生是用來經(jīng)歷和體驗(yàn)的。我們最終達(dá)到什么目標(biāo)秉沼,如何成功并不重要桶雀。真正重要的是,我們?cè)诿恳惶煊袥]有感受到愛唬复,感受到世界自然的細(xì)微美好矗积,有沒有感覺到自己身心靈的合一和自由。而在這個(gè)大前提下敞咧,努力是“扭曲”我們而存在的棘捣,是和我們的內(nèi)心背道而馳的行為。如果我們像老子提倡的那樣休建,放下“為”而去嘗試“無為”乍恐,也許,我們最終的結(jié)果反而是順著生活的浪潮前行, 因而不費(fèi)力氣地“無不為” 测砂。

You are born. What effort have you made to be born?
You grow. What effort have you made to grow?
You breathe. What effort have you made to breathe?
Everything moves on its own, so why bother?
Let life flow on its own; then you will be in a let-go.
Don't struggle and don't try to move upstream, don't even try to swim; just float with the current and let the current lead you wherever it leads. Be a white cloud moving in the sky - no goal, going nowhere, just floating. That floating is the ultimate flowering.
