Try to do 和 try doing 傻傻分不清？Don’t worry!
背景導(dǎo)入：Michael 今天沒(méi)來(lái)上班念颈，這時(shí)上司說(shuō)：“試試給他打個(gè)電話，他可能在家卵慰∩彻”
那么，上司說(shuō)的這句話裳朋，用英語(yǔ)怎么翻譯呢病线？
你可能會(huì)說(shuō)：Try to phone Michael, he might be at home .
如果你是這樣說(shuō)的話，那么可能就是下面第一幅圖這種場(chǎng)景了：
瞧一瞧鲤嫡，第一幅圖中送挑，打電話這件事簡(jiǎn)直如“登天”一般吶！暖眼！
應(yīng)該這么說(shuō)：Try phoning Michael, he might be at home.
??英語(yǔ)辨析：
Try to do : if you use try to do , it means that what you are going to do is difficult , and you have to try very hard because you might not be able to do it. 如果你使用try to do, 意味著你準(zhǔn)備做的事比較困難惕耕，需要你付出一定的努力，因?yàn)槟阌锌赡軙?huì)辦不成诫肠。
e.g.? try to walk (your leg is hurt )
? ? ? ? try to sleep ( there might be a noisy drum sound )
Try doing : if you use try doing, it means that it is not a difficult thing to do , you just do it and want to see what the result is.如果你try doing, 意味著這件事并不需要耗費(fèi)精力司澎，你只需要試試看并看看結(jié)果。
