這章講了商業(yè)寫作架忌，開篇用chilly和warm來形容措辭與交流，感覺這兩個詞用的恰到好處，說不出來的好某筐。0.0隨后全章多次出現(xiàn)humanity以及warm，也多次圍繞humanity展開論證，也是這時候才發(fā)現(xiàn)兄春，humanity and warmth原來就是第一章作者提到的兩個核心主胧，怪不得warm讓我第一眼看到就有種感覺。而回想下上一章的科技寫作的要領(lǐng)疤苹，恰恰也是圍繞這兩個詞展開互广。佩服。
