- 1 To Widen a column ,place your cursor to the far right of that column until the arrow becomes a cross,then click the mouse and move the column to the desired width

- 2 To select the order of your columns,you can do one of the following actions:
Select the arrow to the right of the column title.A drop-down list of all the available columns in that spreadsheet appears.Choose the column that you want in that particular position.
Drag and drop a column to the right or left and place it in the desired position.
Right-click and choose Layout>Column Selector. The Setup Visible Column Fields window opens.Select a column from the Available fields pane and click Add.It appears in the Show these fields in this order pane(the higher the field appears,its position in the spreadsheet move closer to the left). To change the column order,select a column and use the Move Up and move Down buttons.

選擇列的順序评甜，有以下兩種操作：
把光標(biāo)放在列名的右側(cè)侈贷，點(diǎn)擊下拉列表會(huì)出現(xiàn)電子表格中所有的列名沟蔑，選擇你要在這列出現(xiàn)的列名即可
拖拽一列往左或往右到你想要的位置也可以。
點(diǎn)擊鼠標(biāo)右鍵唬血，選擇Layout>Column Selector 彈出 Setup Visible Column Fields 窗口堕阔。在Available fields窗格中選擇一列，點(diǎn)擊Add按鈕末誓，它就出現(xiàn)在Show these fields in this order 窗口扯俱。（字段位置越高，則越靠近電子表格左側(cè)）選中一列點(diǎn)擊Move Up 和 move Down 按鈕來更改列的順序喇澡。

You can also drag column headers outside of the spreadsheet area to remove them from display.This feature is avilable on the spreadsheets that support the Group By and the column header drag-and-drop features. 你也可以拖拽列名到電子表格外側(cè)以便不展示這些列。在支持Group By和列標(biāo)題拖放功能的電子表格上可以使用此功能晴玖。 - 4 To configure the columns,right-click and select Format>Column Properties.The Column Definitions window opens,You can order the columns by using the Up and Down arrows.Select a column in the left pane,and its details appear in the right pane where you can choose formating options(e.g.,enter an alternate label,determine its width in pixels and choose its alignment).Click Ok to save these changes.
