最近讀了《以奮斗者為本-華為公司人力資源管理綱要》脊框，有些感想润樱，記錄在此搔扁。
這本書其實就是任正非的語錄爸舒。摘錄了他在各個時期的講話稿。

There are several rules to sum up the company.
- Its target is to satisfy your customers and make profits.
- Its culture is to make money together and share it together.
- Its manage rule is to make weakers out.
