咬定青山不放松送膳，
立根原在破巖中揖膜。
千磨萬擊還堅勁疮蹦，
任爾東西南北風惰瓜。
You bite the green mountain so tight,
Rooted in the cracked rock you grow.
After so many beatings you still fight,
No matter in any direction winds blow.

Beaten after beaten, you are still so strong,
Despite winds from east, west, south or north.
