如果生命中缺乏激情萄唇，那么你就沒有敏銳之心。不要害怕“激情”這個(gè)詞术幔，多數(shù)的宗教經(jīng)卷另萤，多數(shù)的上師、哲人诅挑、精神領(lǐng)袖等等都曾教誨我們：“不要有激情四敞。”但拔妥，如果沒有激情忿危，你如何能保持敏銳的心，去感受丑與美没龙，去感受樹葉的窸窣私語铺厨，去感受輝煌的落日，去感受微笑與哭泣呢硬纤？激情中解滓，有一種灑脫無羈；若沒有這樣的激情筝家，何來敏銳之心洼裤？
先生們，請(qǐng)用心聆聽肛鹏，不要問如何才能獲得激情逸邦。我知道恩沛，當(dāng)你們覓得好職位，或憎恨某個(gè)倒霉蛋缕减，或嫉妒某人時(shí)雷客，你們都充滿激情；不過我所說的激情與此截然不同桥狡，我說的是——愛的激情搅裙。
愛，是一種“無我”的狀態(tài)裹芝；在這種狀態(tài)里部逮，沒有譴責(zé)，不必說性是對(duì)是錯(cuò)嫂易，不會(huì)評(píng)判事情的善惡兄朋，這些對(duì)立沖突的東西，無一是愛怜械，因?yàn)樵趷壑袥]有對(duì)立颅和。如果沒有激情，何來愛心缕允？如果沒有激情峡扩，何來敏銳？敏銳障本，意味著你能感受與你相鄰而坐的人教届，能看見小鎮(zhèn)上的丑陋、骯臟驾霜、污穢與貧窮案训，能夠看見江河、海洋與藍(lán)天的美寄悯。如果你沒有激情萤衰，你如何能敏銳地感受這一切？又如何能感受微笑與淚水猜旬？

Love, I Assure You, Is Passion
You cannot be sensitive if you are not passionate. Do not be afraid of that word passion. Most religious books, most gurus, swamis, leaders, and all the rest of them say, “Don’t have passion.” But if you have no passion, how can you be sensitive to the ugly, to the beautiful, to the whispering leaves, to the sunset, to a smile, to a cry? How can you be sensitive without a sense of passion in which there is abandonment?
Sirs, please listen to me, and do not ask how to acquire passion. I know you are all passionate enough in getting a good job, or hating some poor chap, or being jealous of someone; but I am talking of something entirely different—a passion that loves.
Love is a state in which there is no “me”; love is a state in which there is no condemnation, no saying that sex is right or wrong, that this is good and something else is bad. Love is none of these contradictory things. Contradiction does not exist in love. And how can one love if one is not passionate? Without passion, how can one be sensitive? To be sensitive is to feel your neighbor sitting next to you; it is to see the ugliness of the town with its squalor, its filth, its poverty, and to see the beauty of the river, the sea, the sky. If you are not passionate, how can you be sensitive to all that? How can you feel a smile, a tear?
Love, I assure you, is passion.
